DEADLINES: You must place table, linen and pipe & drape order by Wednesday week of show 5 PM to insure we can accommodate you. Power can be added up to Thursday at 5 pm.

Items ordered will be placed in your booth. YOU DO NOT NEED TO KNOW YOUR BOOTH # either for ordering or for set up and arrival.

We do recommend you bring your own linens if you have them.

Please add these badges and banners to your blogs and Facebook and website and promote the show.

NOTE: **Area are available at different times** Saturday during the day before 9 pm is drop off and STORE in secure storage only. Booths become available at 8:30 for Pavilion and 10:30 for Ballroom. Okay to bring food Sunday am.
*We do not put chairs at each exhibit spaces as it is very poor selling form to sit at our show if the attendees are standing. However if your category or display [or your health] requires regular ballroom chair[s] let us know:) We place stacks of chairs around show during set up for people to grab on their own but a pre order will help us get you chairs.
